DOG WALKING AND PET SITTING IN MACCLESFIELD AREA

At Ask Bark, we specialise in last-minute, emergency, and flexible pet care services tailored to your immediate needs.

While we don’t offer block bookings for daily or weekly dog walks, we’re happy to assist as you search for long-term care solutions.

DOG WALK* / PET CARE VISIT

Our standard appointment hours are 7am to 7pm. Evening visits may also be available after 7pm for an additional fee.

Dog walks are private and cover up to two dogs from the same household. We do not offer group walks.

Monday – Friday

• 45 mins: £20
• One hour: £25
• Additional hours: £15 each (bolted onto 1st full hour for same visit)

Weekend / Bank Holidays

• 45 mins: £25
• One hour: £30
• Additional hours: £20 each (bolted onto 1st full hour for same visit)

Evening Visits (After 7pm)

• As above plus a £10 call out fee per visit

The allocated time includes the entire visit, covering preparation for a walk, cleanup, and any other necessary tasks before and after a walk.

STAYOVERS

We provide pet sitting in your own home, allowing your pets to remain comfortable in familiar surroundings. Please note that we do not offer boarding at the sitter’s property.

Monday – Thursday Nights

• Standard 24 hour stay: £100
• Overnight stay: £50 (7pm to 7am)

Friday – Sunday / Bank Holiday Nights

• Standard 24 hour stay: £120
• Overnight stay: £60 (7pm to 7am)

Prices are based on the night of the stay. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday nights are charged at the higher rate.

What’s included?

Our standard 24-hour stay includes:

• At least 20 hours spent in your home with your pets
• Up to eight hours allocated for sitter sleeping
• No more than two absences of up to two hours each for personal activities
• Feeding and fresh water
• Medication, where agreed in advance
• Companionship and your pets’ usual care routines
• Up to two hours of dog walking in total per day

Some pets may require a different level of care or may be comfortable being left alone for longer periods. Where appropriate, we may be able to offer a tailored service and quotation based on your pets’ individual needs.

Overnight Stays

An overnight booking covers care from 7pm until 7am, including your pets’ evening and morning routines. Any walks or visits required outside these hours must be booked separately.

Number of Pets

The standard fee includes care for up to four household pets in total, including no more than two dogs and two cats.

Additional pets, extended walks or extra household tasks may incur an additional charge. Please get in touch for a tailored quotation.
